Book a demo

See your operation running on Gonyeti

A Gonyeti demo is a working session, not a slideshow. Tell us how many trucks you run, which routes and what is hurting most, and we will show you those workflows end to end in the system.

What the demonstration covers

  • Trips: loads, rates, authorisation, status and trip profit
  • Fleet: horses, trailers, vehicles, documents and expiries
  • Workshop: bookings, inspections, job cards and parts
  • Fuel: orders, bulk tanks, fill-ups and consumption
  • Tyres: fitment by position, mileage and retreads
  • Reporting: trip, fleet, fuel, tyre and workshop reports

Who should attend

The owner or managing director, the operations or transport manager, the workshop manager and someone from finance. Gonyeti touches all four, and each will want to see their part.

What to expect

What happens after you request a demo

  1. 01

    We get in touch

A member of the Gonyeti team contacts you by phone, WhatsApp or email to understand your fleet, routes and priorities.

  2. 02

    We agree the agenda

We confirm who is attending and which areas matter most, so the session is spent on your problems rather than a generic tour.

  3. 03

    Working demonstration

We walk through the relevant modules in the live system using scenarios like yours, and answer questions as we go.

  4. 04

    Next steps

If Gonyeti is a fit, we discuss modules, implementation, data migration and a proposal for your fleet size.

Getting the most from the session

None of this is required, but it lets us show Gonyeti on your reality rather than ours.

  • Your fleet list

Roughly how many horses, trailers and other vehicles, and whether you also use subcontracted transporters.

  • A typical trip

One recent load from quote to invoice: customer, route, rate, fuel and expenses.

  • How the workshop runs

Whether you have an in-house workshop and stores, and how job cards are handled today.

  • Your reports

The spreadsheets or reports management relies on now, so we can show where they come from in Gonyeti.
