Gonyeti in Zimbabwe

Transport and fleet management software for Zimbabwean transporters

Zimbabwean transport businesses run regional routes through several borders, transact in more than one currency and often maintain their own fleets. Gonyeti was designed with these conditions in mind.

Why Zimbabwean transporters need more than a generic system

As a landlocked country, Zimbabwe moves much of its freight by road through regional corridors to the ports and markets of its neighbours. Trips frequently cross Beitbridge, Chirundu, Forbes, Nyamapanda, Plumtree or Kazungula, which means borders, clearing agents and documents on a large share of loads.

At the same time, local businesses commonly price, buy and pay in US dollars alongside local currency. A transport system that cannot hold each amount in its own currency with its exchange rate will misstate trip profit. Gonyeti handles both.

Zimbabwean operating context

Built around how transport runs in Zimbabwe

Multi-currency by default

Rates, fuel, expenses, invoices and payments carry their own currency and exchange rate, so USD and local-currency transactions report correctly.

Regional corridors and borders

Set up corridors such as the North–South and Beira routes, record the border and clearing agent on each trip, and keep transport documents with the load. See cross-border transport.

Horses and interlinks

Prime movers and trailers are managed as separate assets, matching how local fleets couple and swap trailers.

Fiscalisation integration

Gonyeti integrates with the fiscalisation service providers Fiscal Harmony and Fiscal Support for fiscalised invoicing.

Payroll that knows NEC

The payroll module supports NEC categories and rates, statutory deduction types and Zimbabwean public holidays. See Transport ERP Zimbabwe.

Tracking providers used locally

Integrations with Cartrack, EzyTrack, FanTracker and Pinpoint. See vehicle tracking.
