Maintenance Management
Fleet maintenance software for planned, not reactive, maintenance
Gonyeti schedules services and inspections by kilometres, days or both, brings units into the workshop before they fail, and keeps a full maintenance history on every horse and trailer.
What is fleet maintenance software?
Fleet maintenance software plans and records the servicing and inspection of vehicles. It tracks when each unit is due, raises the work, and records what was done so that the next interval is set correctly.
In Gonyeti, maintenance is the planning side of the workshop management system: schedules decide when a unit comes in, and job cards record what happened.
The problem
Why reactive maintenance is expensive
Breakdowns far from base
A failure on a long route costs a recovery, a delayed load and sometimes a lost customer.
Services by memory
Service due dates live in the workshop manager's head or a whiteboard.
Kilometres not captured
Without reliable odometer readings, kilometre-based intervals can't be enforced.
Inspections inconsistent
Every mechanic checks different things, and results are not recorded.
Trailers forgotten
Trailers have brakes, bearings and suspension too, but are often serviced only when they fail.
No history
When something fails, nobody can see when it was last checked.
How Gonyeti solves it
Schedules that tell the workshop what is due
Inspection schedules are set per unit or component with an interval in kilometres, days, or both. Gonyeti records the last inspection date and kilometres and calculates when the next is due.
Inspections follow configurable checklists, and results are stored. Failed items lead to bookings and job cards, so the work and its cost are recorded against the unit.
- Interval by kilometres, days or both
- Next due date and next due kilometres
- Checklist inspections with stored results
- Workshop bookings with expected release
- Previous and next service on each unit

-
02
Monitor due units
Gonyeti shows what is coming due by date and kilometres.

Planned work can be scheduled between loads.
Longer asset life
Consistent servicing protects engines, gearboxes and running gear.
Evidence of care
Inspection records support compliance checks and insurance.
