This policy explains how Basilmark Software Solutions Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"), the developer of Gonyeti, handles personal information collected through gonyeti.com and gonyeti.co.zw (the "website"). It covers the website only. Data processed inside the Gonyeti software on behalf of customers is governed by the customer agreement.

• Information you submit. When you request a demo or send a message we collect your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, fleet size, current system, primary challenge and any message you write.
• How you reached us. With a form submission we store the page you first landed on, the referring website, any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you followed, the page you submitted from, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string.
• Analytics. If analytics are enabled, Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager collect information about pages viewed and interactions such as button clicks. See our Cookie Policy.
• WhatsApp, phone and email. If you contact us through WhatsApp, phone or email, the provider of that service processes your message under its own terms, and we receive the information you choose to send.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, arrange and run a demonstration, and prepare proposals.
• To understand which pages and marketing channels lead to enquiries, so we can improve the website.
• To protect the website against spam and abuse.

Who we share it with
